Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Location: Maryland Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) for a full-time telehealth opportunity serving clients in a remote setting. The counselor in this role will provide ongoing therapeutic support, help clients work through mental health concerns, and create treatment plans that are realistic and personalized. Day to day, this role focuses on meaningful clinical conversations, progress tracking, and helping clients move toward better emotional stability and functioning. Responsibilities: Deliver remote therapy sessions to clients using telehealth technology Complete intake evaluations and ongoing clinical assessments Create individualized treatment plans and update them as needed Keep thorough and organized session notes and client records Help clients address concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions Maintain professional boundaries and uphold confidentiality standards Active LCPC license Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a role where your work can make a steady, real difference every day.
