Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Location and Role Details Location: Bangor, Maine Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), you will provide telehealth therapy that feels professional, steady, and responsive to what clients are dealing with right now. The role includes assessment, care planning, sessions, and documentation, with clinical focus areas that may include telehealth counseling, practical coping tools, treatment planning, and client progress work. This position is ideal for a counselor who can combine active listening, clear treatment goals, and practical clinical support in every session. Responsibilities · Provide therapy using secure video-based care tools · Support clients with emotional concerns, coping strategies, symptom management, and practical next steps · Create and update treatment plans based on the client’s goals and clinical presentation · Document services with care, accuracy, and professional detail · Collaborate appropriately when referrals or additional supports are needed · Bring a grounded, respectful presence to every client interaction · Active Maine LCPC license in good standing · Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor licensure · Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role · Ability to work independently while meeting clinical quality and documentation expectations. · Experience providing counseling services in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, or community settings is helpful. · 2 weeks PTO · Health Insurance · 401K Plan with 3% Company Match · Stable Monday-Friday schedule If your next role needs to feel purposeful and well-structured, this opportunity is a strong one to explore.
