Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Job Summary A full-time remote opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor licensed in Maryland. This position focuses on providing virtual therapy to clients who need consistent, professional mental health support from home. The LCPC in this role will meet with clients through scheduled telehealth sessions, identify clinical concerns, guide treatment planning, and provide ongoing counseling using appropriate therapeutic approaches. The work is steady, client-focused, and well suited for a counselor who enjoys building strong clinical relationships while working in a remote environment. Location: Maryland Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Conduct scheduled therapy sessions with clients through telehealth Evaluate symptoms, client history, current concerns, and treatment needs Create clear and clinically appropriate treatment plans Provide counseling for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and life changes Track client progress and update clinical goals as needed Keep clinical records organized, complete, and compliant Maintain client confidentiality in all virtual care settings Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor license in Maryland Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health field Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or adolescents Comfortable delivering services through telehealth Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions Familiarity with electronic health records and online documentation systems Benefits Remote / telehealth work setting 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance If you are a Maryland-licensed LCPC looking for a stable remote role with strong pay and a clear weekday schedule, we would be glad to review your resume and speak with you about the position.
