Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Location: Maryland Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: A full-time opening is available for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who is ready to provide virtual therapy in a structured telehealth setting. The role centers on supporting clients through regular counseling sessions, identifying patterns and challenges that affect daily life, and helping clients work toward measurable progress. This is a practical clinical role for someone who wants to focus on quality care, professional consistency, and remote service delivery. Responsibilities: Provide counseling services to clients through scheduled virtual appointments Perform initial assessments and gather relevant clinical history Develop treatment goals and provide ongoing therapeutic support Track client progress and adjust treatment strategies when needed Complete required documentation accurately and on time Address a range of mental health concerns using appropriate counseling methods Escalate urgent cases according to clinical and organizational guidelines Active LCPC license Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a role where your work can make a steady, real difference every day.
