Remote LCPC Therapist Job Summary This full-time remote role gives a Maryland LCPC the opportunity to provide therapy to clients who are looking for steady, professional mental health support. The work includes meeting with clients online, helping them process current concerns, building care plans, and supporting progress over time. The position is well-suited for a licensed counselor who can balance warm client communication with strong clinical documentation, sound judgment, and a clear understanding of outpatient telehealth care. Responsibilities Provide virtual therapy appointments for clients receiving outpatient behavioral health care Complete clinical interviews and gather information needed for treatment planning Help clients identify patterns, challenges, goals, and practical next steps Provide counseling support for mood concerns, anxiety, stress, trauma responses, grief, adjustment issues, and relationship challenges Prepare treatment plans, progress notes, and related documentation within required timelines Review client progress and make appropriate changes to the care plan Use secure systems to protect client information and maintain confidentiality Refer clients to outside services when their needs fall beyond the telehealth setting Stay aligned with Maryland licensing rules, ethical standards, and telehealth best practices Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active and unrestricted Maryland LCPC license Previous experience providing counseling, psychotherapy, or behavioral health services Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform Able to maintain a private, secure workspace for remote sessions Reliable internet connection and basic comfort with digital health records Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Position Type: Full-Time Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Stable weekday schedule Remote work environment If you are an LCPC licensed in Maryland and want a remote therapy role where your clinical skills can be used every day, send your resume and take the next step in your counseling career.
