Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Location: Maryland Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to provide remote therapy services in a full-time capacity. This role involves helping clients understand their challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and make progress through regular, goal-based counseling sessions. The position combines clinical independence with the convenience of telehealth, making it a strong fit for a licensed counselor who values steady hours and clear expectations. Responsibilities: Meet with clients virtually for one-on-one counseling sessions Assess needs, symptoms, and treatment priorities during intake and follow-up sessions Create treatment plans that support realistic clinical goals Maintain complete and accurate records for each client encounter Offer therapeutic guidance for mental health, stress-related, and behavioral concerns Monitor progress and revise care plans when appropriate Identify high-risk situations and follow established safety procedures Active LCPC license Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a role where your work can make a steady, real difference every day.
