We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker for our pediatric behavioral health program. The successful applicant will initiate and implement systems for integrating behavioral health in our pediatrics department. Schedule - Monday - Friday; hours may vary between 28 - 40 per week The LCPC or LCSW will: Provide consultative support to primary care providers and clinical staff to build a fully integrated approach to behavioral health Assist the primary care providers in implementation of standard mental health and behavioral health screening processes Complete real-time interventions with families/kids when critical health impact moments arise Perform initial consultations and schedule follow-up care as indicated Deliver effective, evidence-based interventions to help children and families achieve targeted behavioral health goals Maintain up to date documentation in EPIC, the electronic health record Actively participate in weekly core team meetings, quarterly full team meetings, monthly coaching calls and professional development that supports the practices' ongoing development of the integrated behavioral health model Help evolve the practices' integration efforts, by identifying barriers/challenges/problems and making recommendations for improvement Work with our billing/coding team to ensure optimization of reimbursement for services with the goal of long-term sustainability Play an essential role in fulfilling our mission Benefits offered: Health insurance Life insurance Paid vacation Holiday pay Retirement plans - 401(k) + match Voluntary benefits - Dental insurance, Vision insurance, Disability insurance Employee assistance program Minimum Requirements of the Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker: Master's degree in a mental health field from an accredited graduate program and a license for independent practice in Montana (LCPC or LCSW) is required Experience working with children, adolescents, and families is required Experience with behavioral therapy, cognitive therapy, motivational interviewing and brief, solution-focused interventions is preferred/highly desirable Candidates should have a proven record of collaborative service delivery, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, busy medical practice The successful LCPC or LCSW candidate will be subject to a background check.
