Job Description Accepting Applicants for Proposal Submission Compass Government Solutions is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health assessment, counseling, and care coordination services to patients and families at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. This role supports integrated, patient-centered care within a military treatment facility. This opportunity is part of a proposal effort. We are currently accepting applications from experienced candidates to be considered if the contract is awarded. Work Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, 0730–1630 (8 hours per day) Alternative or compressed schedules (8–10 hour shifts) may be implemented Not to exceed 40 hours per week or 80 hours per two-week period Schedule coordinated with the Department Chief or designee Schedule subject to change based on mission requirements with five (5) days’ notice Key Duties and Responsibilities: (This list is representative and not a comprehensive description of all duties.) Conduct independent psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans Provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, families, couples, and groups Coordinate referrals to community and government support services Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to support patient care goals Provide consultation regarding psychosocial factors impacting health and treatment compliance Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with MTF and DoD requirements Qualifications Education & Experience: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program Clinical social work experience through a master’s-level practicum OR Two (2) years of post-MSW clinical experience within the last three (3) years Licensure & Certifications: Current, full, active, unrestricted Clinical Social Worker license from a U.S jurisdiction Basic Life Support (BLS) Additional Information Benefits: At Compass Government Solutions, we value our team and offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and professional growth: Competitive Salary – Recognizing your skills and experience.
