Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Illinois Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: An opening is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide full-time therapy services in a remote telehealth environment. This role focuses on helping clients navigate mental health concerns through assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing support. The day-to-day work is practical and client-centered, with a strong focus on clinical care, continuity, and measurable progress. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual intake appointments and regular therapy sessions Assess emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial needs Develop treatment plans and update them based on client progress Maintain organized and timely progress notes Provide clinically appropriate therapeutic support and interventions Address crisis situations according to established procedures Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Illinois LCSW license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience into a role where your work can make a real difference each day.
