Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: New Jersey Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual mental health care for individuals who need structured clinical support. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, maintain accurate records, and help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges through telehealth sessions. Responsibilities: Provide virtual psychotherapy sessions for individuals through a secure telehealth platform Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations Develop, update, and monitor individualized treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Track client progress and adjust care plans when needed Identify risk factors and respond appropriately to crisis situations Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active LCSW license in New Jersey Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or telehealth setting Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual care platforms Excellent communication and time management skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step in your clinical career and bring your skills into a flexible telehealth role.
