Full-Time Remote LCSW | Georgia Licensed Therapist Opportunity Position Details Location: Georgia Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary A recruitment partner is hiring a Georgia-licensed LCSW for a full-time remote therapy position. This role centers on direct client care through telehealth, including assessment, counseling, treatment planning, progress review, and clinical documentation. The right clinician will be comfortable supporting clients through a range of mental health concerns while maintaining organized records and a professional online therapy environment. Each session should give clients clear support, useful clinical insight, and a steady path forward based on their treatment goals. Responsibilities Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy sessions Assess mental health needs, client strengths, barriers, and presenting concerns Prepare and maintain treatment plans that support client progress Provide clinical interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and related concerns Keep client records complete, accurate, and current Review progress and update goals when client needs change Use secure systems for telehealth sessions and documentation Follow state licensure rules, ethical guidelines, and HIPAA requirements Participate in case-related communication when appropriate Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Georgia Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA standards Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote role Stable weekday schedule Competitive annual salary Bring your clinical experience to a remote therapy role where your work is focused, steady, and client-centered.
