Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Remote Therapy Role for Texas Clients Position Details Location: Texas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual therapy services for clients throughout Texas. This role focuses on direct clinical care: listening carefully, assessing client concerns, building treatment plans, and helping clients work through emotional, behavioral, and social challenges that affect their daily lives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working remotely, confident with clinical documentation, and able to provide thoughtful, professional care through video-based sessions. You will have the structure of a full-time position while continuing to do the work that matters most: helping clients feel supported, understood, and better equipped to manage what they are facing. Responsibilities Meet with clients through scheduled telehealth therapy appointments Complete clinical intakes and ongoing client evaluations Develop treatment goals that are clear, realistic, and measurable Provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief, stress, and relationship difficulties Keep clinical records accurate, organized, and up to date Review progress with clients and adjust treatment direction as needed Follow state, federal, and professional requirements for remote mental health care Recognize safety concerns and follow proper clinical protocols Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited program Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency Reliable internet connection and a private space for virtual sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote role Stable Monday–Friday schedule Competitive annual salary of $115,000–$120,000 If you are ready to continue your clinical work from a remote setting while serving clients across Texas, take the next step in your LCSW career with us.
