Full-Time Remote LCSW | Texas Teletherapy Opportunity Position Details Location: Texas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This role is built for a Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants to focus on therapy, client care, and meaningful clinical conversations in a remote environment. You will work with clients through secure video sessions, helping them process challenges, understand symptoms, develop coping tools, and make progress toward personal treatment goals. The work is practical and people-focused. You will complete assessments, guide therapy sessions, document care, and help clients navigate mental health concerns with steady professional support. This is a full-time telehealth position for an LCSW who values clinical quality, organization, and consistency. Responsibilities Provide scheduled virtual counseling sessions for clients in Texas Complete intake paperwork, psychosocial assessments, and risk screenings Build individualized care plans based on client concerns and clinical findings Help clients develop strategies for managing emotions, stress, relationships, and life changes Track client progress and update treatment notes after sessions Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards Use telehealth tools and electronic records accurately Respond appropriately to client risk, safety, or crisis concerns Refer clients to community, medical, or higher-level support when needed Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited program Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency Reliable internet connection and a private space for virtual sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote role Stable Monday–Friday schedule Competitive annual salary of $115,000–$120,000 If this sounds like the right fit for your next clinical role, we welcome your interest and look forward to learning more about your LCSW experience.
