Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: New York Role Summary This role focuses on providing structured, ongoing therapy to adult clients through a fully remote platform. You will manage your own caseload, develop treatment plans, and deliver consistent care while working within established clinical guidelines. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms Complete assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed Follow New York State clinical and ethical standards Active New York LCSW license Master’s degree in Social Work Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience Experience delivering telehealth services preferred Strong documentation and time-management skills 2 weeks PTO Health insurance 401(k) with 3% company match If you are ready to focus on therapy without office distractions, we would like to hear from you.
