Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Tennessee Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support adults through virtual mental health services across Tennessee. This role is centered on assessment, therapy delivery, and follow-up care within a clearly defined telehealth framework. You will work with a consistent caseload and spend your day focused on clinical decision-making and client progress rather than administrative tasks. Responsibilities Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical intakes Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs Document sessions accurately and within required timeframes Coordinate care when additional services are needed Active Tennessee LCSW license Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match Next Step If you’re ready for a stable, fully remote role focused on meaningful clinical work, we welcome your interest.
