Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Hawaii Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Setting: Telehealth / Remote This Hawaii-based remote role is for a licensed clinician who wants to provide mental health care through secure online counseling. You will work with clients who are looking for steady support, clear guidance, and a care experience that can fit more easily into their day. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, remote flexibility, and the opportunity to serve clients across Hawaii through telehealth. Key Responsibilities Provide virtual counseling services to clients located in Hawaii Complete assessments, treatment planning, session notes, and progress documentation Support clients with mental health, emotional wellness, relationship issues, and stress-related concerns Maintain a respectful and confidential telehealth environment Deliver care using ethical and evidence-informed counseling practices Must hold an active Hawaii license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Experience in therapy, counseling, or clinical social work Comfortable providing remote care through telehealth Strong client communication and documentation skills Able to maintain consistency and professionalism in a virtual care setting 2 weeks of paid time off Health insurance coverage 401(k) plan with a 3% company match If you are licensed in Hawaii and ready to provide online counseling from a remote setting, send your application today.
