Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Remote Full-Time Opportunity Location: Indiana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Indiana. This role focuses on delivering therapy and clinical support to individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges. The LCSW will assess needs, guide treatment, maintain documentation, and support clients through structured virtual care. Responsibilities: Conduct remote clinical assessments and client screenings Deliver individual counseling through telehealth appointments Create and maintain individualized treatment plans Keep detailed and compliant clinical records Track treatment progress and identify when changes are needed Provide crisis support within scope and according to protocol Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Indiana LCSW license in good standing Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Comfortable working in a remote clinical environment Proficiency with telehealth systems and electronic health records 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience to a role built for focus, flexibility, and meaningful client care.
