Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Full-Time Telehealth Role Location: Indiana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual mental health support to individuals who need practical, consistent care. In this role, you will assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide therapy, and help people manage challenges that affect daily life, emotional health, and long-term stability. This is a fully remote position for someone who is confident working independently, comfortable using telehealth platforms, and focused on helping clients make meaningful progress through structured clinical support. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform Develop, implement, and update treatment plans based on client needs Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care approaches when appropriate Coordinate with other providers or support services as needed Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Indiana LCSW license in good standing Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Comfortable working in a remote clinical environment Proficiency with telehealth systems and electronic health records 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience to a role built for focus, flexibility, and meaningful client care.
