Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Oklahoma Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: A full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services in a structured telehealth setting. The LCSW will work directly with clients to assess mental health needs, deliver evidence-based care, and help guide treatment over time. This role is well suited for a clinician who values steady client contact, strong documentation, and meaningful clinical work in an online setting. Responsibilities: Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth Identify client needs, treatment goals, and appropriate interventions Develop clear, goal-based treatment plans Document sessions, assessments, and progress notes promptly Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns Maintain compliance with clinical standards and internal policies Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Oklahoma LCSW license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience into a role where your work can make a real difference each day.
