Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Oklahoma Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for providing online therapy to clients in Oklahoma. Daily responsibilities include conducting intake sessions, assessing mental health concerns, building individualized treatment plans, and helping clients develop coping strategies for stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, and life transitions. This role is best suited for an LCSW who can manage a full-time caseload while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards. Responsibilities: Provide telehealth therapy to assigned clients Complete intake appointments and clinical assessments Identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatment goals Develop individualized care plans and update them as needed Help clients build coping skills and manage mental health symptoms Track progress and document each session accurately Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Oklahoma LCSW license in good standing Previous clinical therapy or behavioral health experience preferred Comfortable providing services through telehealth Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a remote role where your work can make a steady impact across Oklahoma.
