Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Pennsylvania Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: This role focuses on providing virtual mental health care to individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. As an LCSW in a telehealth setting, you’ll conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and support clients through ongoing therapy sessions—all within a structured weekday schedule. Your work directly helps clients build coping strategies, improve functioning, and maintain stability in their daily lives. Responsibilities: Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when appropriate Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Experience providing clinical therapy services Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems Strong organizational and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you're ready to bring your clinical skills into a fully remote setting, this could be the right next step—let’s connect and talk through the details.
