Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services in a fully remote telehealth role. This position gives clients access to mental health care from home while allowing the clinician to work a consistent full-time schedule. The LCSW in this role will support clients through assessment, treatment planning, therapy sessions, documentation, and ongoing care. The ideal candidate is organized, clinically sound, and comfortable building rapport through virtual sessions. Location: Utah Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete intake assessments and gather relevant client history Develop, update, and follow individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed Provide support for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, or life transitions Follow HIPAA, ethical, and state licensing requirements Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members when needed Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Utah Previous clinical therapy experience required Experience providing telehealth services preferred Strong documentation and time management skills Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a stable remote therapy role where your clinical skills are valued, we invite you to take the next step in your career with us.
