Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Position: Full-Time Location: Nevada Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support clients through virtual therapy and ongoing care management. This role includes conducting assessments, providing counseling, documenting treatment, and helping clients work through a range of mental health concerns. The day-to-day work is centered on client sessions, treatment planning, and maintaining a high standard of clinical care in a remote setting. Responsibilities: Meet with clients for scheduled telehealth therapy sessions Complete clinical assessments and mental health evaluations Develop clear treatment plans and review progress regularly Maintain detailed and accurate clinical notes Help clients build coping strategies and treatment goals Recognize changes in client needs and adjust care accordingly Active LCSW license in Nevada Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records Ability to work independently in a remote environment Solid understanding of ethical and professional practice standards 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take your experience into a remote role where your work stays focused, meaningful, and part of clients’ everyday progress.
