Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Oklahoma Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide full-time telehealth therapy services for clients across Oklahoma. This role involves client assessments, treatment planning, therapy sessions, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation. The focus of the position is to provide reliable, professional mental health care while helping clients address challenges that affect their daily lives, relationships, and overall well-being. Responsibilities: Provide virtual therapy services to clients across Oklahoma Conduct assessments to understand client concerns and treatment needs Build treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals Deliver therapy sessions within your professional scope of practice Maintain timely and complete clinical records Review progress and update treatment direction when appropriate Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Oklahoma LCSW license in good standing Previous clinical therapy or behavioral health experience preferred Comfortable providing services through telehealth Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a remote role where your work can make a steady impact across Oklahoma.
