Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Job Details Location: Kentucky Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote LCSW position is focused on providing professional therapy services to clients across Kentucky. You will work with individuals who are looking for support with emotional stress, mental health symptoms, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and major life changes. Your day will involve conducting virtual sessions, listening closely to client concerns, helping clients name what they are experiencing, and building treatment plans that support real progress. This role offers the structure of full-time employment with the flexibility of remote clinical work. Responsibilities Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy sessions Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations Develop treatment goals that are realistic, measurable, and client-centered Provide therapy using appropriate evidence-based approaches Help clients build coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and manage daily stressors Keep accurate progress notes and clinical records Review care plans and update them based on client progress Maintain client privacy and follow all HIPAA requirements Respond appropriately to clinical risk or safety concerns Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing Clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services Comfortable working with clients in a telehealth setting Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Knowledge of HIPAA and ethical standards in mental health care Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for sessions Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready to bring your clinical experience into a stable remote therapy role, we would be glad to review your application.
