North Carolina Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Remote Therapy Opportunity Job Summary This role is designed for an LCSW who wants to focus on therapy without the added demands of running a private practice. You will provide remote mental health services to clients across North Carolina, using telehealth sessions to help individuals work through emotional, behavioral, and life-related concerns. Your work will include listening carefully, assessing clinical needs, building treatment plans, documenting progress, and helping clients take realistic steps forward. Clients may come to therapy for support with mood disorders, family stress, trauma history, burnout, grief, or difficult transitions. The role requires clinical confidence, organized documentation, and the ability to create a professional connection through virtual care. Responsibilities In this role, you will: Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy sessions Review client concerns and complete clinical assessments Build individualized treatment plans with clear therapy goals Provide therapy using appropriate evidence-based methods Help clients strengthen coping skills and work through personal challenges Track symptoms, progress, and changes in client needs Complete documentation after sessions in a timely manner Maintain privacy and professionalism in all telehealth interactions Respond appropriately when safety or risk concerns arise Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in clinical care Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Stable telehealth work setting If you are ready for a remote clinical role where you can focus on client care and meaningful therapy work, we invite you to take the next step.
