Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Oklahoma Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a remote behavioral health team in a full-time telehealth role. The person in this position will meet with clients virtually, assess presenting concerns, provide therapy, and support long-term treatment goals. The role requires sound clinical decision-making, consistent follow-through, and the ability to manage a caseload while delivering quality care online. Responsibilities: Provide virtual therapy to clients during scheduled weekday hours Complete clinical assessments and review client history Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional concerns within scope Build treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals Keep documentation current, accurate, and compliant Evaluate client progress and adjust interventions when appropriate Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Oklahoma LCSW license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience into a role where your work can make a real difference each day.
