Licensed Clinical Social Worker Location: New Hampshire Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary This full-time remote LCSW position is centered on helping clients manage mental health concerns through ongoing virtual care. You will meet with clients, complete assessments, guide treatment planning, and document progress clearly and accurately. The role offers a predictable weekday schedule and a focused clinical environment for delivering therapy online. Responsibilities Deliver telehealth counseling sessions to individuals Perform intake assessments and review client history Build individualized treatment plans with clear goals Record progress notes and maintain organized clinical files Track changes in symptoms, functioning, and overall progress Refer clients to outside resources or providers when appropriate Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active New Hampshire clinical social work license in good standing Ability to independently provide clinical services in a telehealth setting ASWB Clinical exam completion is part of New Hampshire’s clinical social worker licensure pathway. 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role built for focus, flexibility, and meaningful client care.
