Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Job Summary This is a remote therapy role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants to provide steady mental health support in a virtual setting. You will work with clients through scheduled telehealth sessions, helping them address emotional concerns, life changes, stress, grief, anxiety, depression, and other clinical needs. Your work will include assessing client concerns, providing therapy, creating care plans, tracking progress, and keeping documentation organized. This role is best suited for an LCSW who is comfortable with independent clinical work and values clear communication, structure, and responsible client care. Position Details Location: West Palm Beach, FL Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide telehealth counseling services to clients Complete clinical assessments and intake documentation Diagnose mental health conditions within scope of licensure Build treatment plans based on client goals, symptoms, and clinical presentation Provide therapy using appropriate clinical techniques Track progress and update care plans as needed Complete clinical notes in the EHR system Maintain client privacy and follow HIPAA standards Recognize safety concerns and follow established clinical protocols Master of Social Work degree from an accredited program Active Florida LCSW license required Previous experience in outpatient therapy, telehealth, community mental health, private practice, or related clinical setting Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Comfortable working with adults from different backgrounds and life circumstances Reliable internet connection and a private space for remote sessions Ability to work independently while following clinical guidelines Annual salary of $115,000–$120,000 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your LCSW experience into a remote role built around steady clinical work.
