Licensed Clinical Social Worker Position in North Carolina Job Summary This remote LCSW Therapist position focuses on helping North Carolina clients access reliable mental health care from the privacy of their homes. The clinician will provide virtual therapy, assess client needs, create treatment goals, document clinical services, and adjust care plans as clients move through the treatment process. The position requires a licensed professional who can combine clinical skill, ethical practice, and steady communication in a full-time telehealth setting. Employment Details Location: North Carolina Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide remote individual therapy using secure telehealth technology Complete intake evaluations and gather psychosocial information Identify client needs and prepare clinically appropriate treatment plans Provide therapy for clients experiencing stress, mood concerns, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions Complete progress notes, assessments, and treatment updates accurately Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA requirements Use clinical judgment to manage risk concerns and escalation needs Monitor client progress and adjust treatment direction when needed Provide a professional and reliable telehealth experience from intake through ongoing care Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina Experience providing therapy or behavioral health services Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Ability to manage a remote caseload with accuracy and professionalism Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote position Monday–Friday schedule Administrative and clinical support systems Interested LCSW candidates licensed in North Carolina may send their resume to begin the review process.
