Licensed Clinical Social Worker We are seeking an LCSW for a full-time telehealth position focused on serving clients in Tennessee. This role centers on providing direct mental health care in a virtual setting, including evaluations, therapy, progress tracking, and care coordination. The work is hands-on, structured, and centered on helping clients improve coping skills, stability, and overall well-being through consistent clinical support. Position Details: Location: Colorado Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Provide remote counseling sessions to assigned clients Complete behavioral health assessments and clinical evaluations Establish treatment goals and update care plans regularly Maintain clear, timely, and accurate records Recognize risk factors and respond according to protocol Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Colorado LCSW license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy, assessments, and treatment planning Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step toward a remote clinical role that values your experience and supports your growth.
