Full-Time Remote LCSW | Telehealth Counseling Role for Texas Clients Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote mental health services to clients in Texas. This role focuses on one-on-one clinical care, thoughtful assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy delivered through telehealth. You will work with clients who may be managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, work-related pressure, and other concerns that impact daily functioning. The goal is to provide steady, professional support that helps clients better understand their needs and work toward healthier patterns over time. Location: Texas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide scheduled teletherapy sessions to clients using secure video technology Assess client concerns, clinical history, risk factors, and support needs Create individualized treatment plans with clear goals and appropriate interventions Track client progress and update care plans when clinically necessary Maintain detailed records, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment updates Respond appropriately to safety concerns, crisis situations, or mandated reporting needs Help clients develop coping tools, problem-solving skills, and healthier emotional responses Uphold confidentiality, licensing standards, and ethical expectations for remote care Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Texas Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program Prior experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services Comfortable delivering care through secure video sessions Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency Knowledge of HIPAA, mandated reporting, risk assessment, and ethical clinical practice Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Monday–Friday schedule Supportive clinical structure and administrative systems Bring your clinical experience to a remote role where your work can make a clear difference for Texas clients.
