Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Montana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This full-time telehealth role gives Licensed Clinical Social Workers the opportunity to provide consistent mental health care without the commute. You will assess client needs, create treatment plans, and provide therapy that helps clients better manage personal challenges, emotional stress, and behavioral health concerns. The work is structured, client-focused, and ideal for an LCSW who values a clear Monday through Friday schedule while continuing to make a direct impact in people’s lives. Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients in Montana Complete intake assessments and identify treatment needs Develop individualized treatment plans Provide support for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and related concerns Keep organized and compliant clinical records Active Montana LCSW license required Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience into a remote role where your work supports real progress for Montana clients.
