Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Position Details Location: Georgia Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual therapy services to clients across Georgia. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for individuals managing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other behavioral health needs. This position is well-suited for an LCSW who enjoys focused clinical work, values clear documentation, and can build strong therapeutic relationships in a remote setting. You will support clients through structured sessions, thoughtful care planning, and consistent follow-up. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant psychosocial history Create treatment plans based on client goals, symptoms, and presenting concerns Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as clinically appropriate Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record Use evidence-based clinical approaches suited to each client’s needs Support clients with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and stress Follow privacy, documentation, and telehealth compliance standards Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Georgia Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA standards Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote role Stable weekday schedule Competitive annual salary If you are an LCSW in Georgia looking for a full-time telehealth role with steady hours and meaningful clinical work, we welcome your application.
