Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Indiana Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Job Summary This full-time telehealth role gives Licensed Clinical Social Workers the opportunity to provide practical, client-focused therapy from a remote setting. You will work with adults seeking support for mental health symptoms, emotional stress, coping skills, relationships, and major life changes. The day-to-day work includes meeting with clients by video, listening carefully to their concerns, helping them set realistic goals, and guiding them through treatment at a pace that fits their needs. This position is ideal for an LCSW who values consistent hours, professional structure, and the ability to provide quality care without the commute. Responsibilities Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients in Indiana Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant client history Create individualized treatment plans Provide therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and related concerns Track client progress and update treatment goals as needed Complete progress notes and required documentation in a timely manner Support clients in developing coping strategies and healthier daily routines Respond appropriately to risk, crisis, or safety concerns Follow all state, ethical, and privacy standards for clinical practice Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Indiana Previous clinical therapy experience required Experience with telehealth services preferred Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an Indiana-licensed LCSW looking for a stable remote role with meaningful clinical work, we welcome your application.
