Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a remote behavioral health team providing telehealth services across Colorado. In this role, you will help clients work through mental health concerns by offering clinical assessments, therapy, treatment planning, and continued care through a virtual setting. This is a practical, patient-facing role with real day-to-day impact for people seeking consistent support. Position Details: Location: Colorado Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Conduct intake assessments and review client history Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth sessions Create, update, and manage treatment plans Document sessions, interventions, and outcomes accurately Identify changes in client condition and respond appropriately Collaborate with internal teams and outside providers as needed Help clients access additional support and community-based resources Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Colorado LCSW license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy, assessments, and treatment planning Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step toward a remote clinical role that values your experience and supports your growth.
