Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual therapy services to clients throughout Kentucky. This role is focused on delivering high-quality clinical care through secure telehealth sessions while helping clients address emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. The LCSW will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide ongoing therapy, and document client progress in accordance with clinical and ethical standards. This position is well suited for a clinician who is confident working independently, values consistent client care, and is comfortable providing therapy in a remote setting. Location: Kentucky Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform Complete clinical intakes, psychosocial assessments, and ongoing evaluations Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client needs Support clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and life transitions Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as appropriate Use evidence-based interventions within the scope of LCSW practice Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted Kentucky LCSW license Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and accuracy Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions $115,000–$120,000 annual salary Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work environment Consistent weekday schedule If you are a licensed LCSW in Kentucky seeking a stable remote therapy position with strong compensation and benefits, we welcome your application.
