Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Oklahoma Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: This full-time LCSW role focuses on delivering remote mental health services through secure telehealth appointments. You will meet with clients, evaluate their concerns, create practical treatment goals, and provide ongoing therapy based on their needs. The position also requires timely progress notes, treatment plan updates, and consistent follow-through to support quality care throughout the client’s treatment journey. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients in Oklahoma Evaluate client concerns, symptoms, history, and current support needs Create treatment goals that are clear, realistic, and clinically appropriate Provide ongoing therapy using evidence-based methods Complete progress notes and required documentation on time Assess client risk factors and follow proper response procedures Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Oklahoma LCSW license in good standing Previous clinical therapy or behavioral health experience preferred Comfortable providing services through telehealth Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a remote role where your work can make a steady impact across Oklahoma.
