Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Our team is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide full-time remote counseling services. In this position, you will meet with clients virtually, help them work through mental health concerns, and guide treatment in a way that is practical, organized, and clinically sound. This is a strong fit for someone who values steady hours, meaningful client care, and the flexibility of working from home. Position: Full-Time Location: North Carolina Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Conduct virtual intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions Identify client needs and create clear treatment goals Provide counseling for emotional, social, and behavioral concerns Keep detailed progress notes and maintain clinical records Review treatment progress and update plans as needed Communicate with care teams or referral sources when appropriate Follow all legal, ethical, and professional practice standards Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active LCSW license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services Strong documentation and case management skills Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role where your work can make a real difference every day.
