Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Job Details Location: Kentucky Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide online mental health care for clients in Kentucky. This position is built around direct therapy work, including intake sessions, ongoing treatment, progress reviews, and clinical documentation. In this role, you will help clients sort through challenges that may be affecting their relationships, work, family life, emotional health, or overall well-being. The work requires good clinical judgment, strong listening skills, and the ability to create a professional therapy experience through a virtual setting. Responsibilities Provide online therapy services to clients located in Kentucky Conduct clinical interviews and assess presenting concerns Build treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and therapy goals Provide ongoing support for clients dealing with mood concerns, trauma, stress, grief, and adjustment issues Use appropriate therapeutic interventions during sessions Monitor symptoms, progress, and changes in client needs Complete session notes and other required documentation on time Follow state licensing rules, HIPAA guidelines, and ethical care standards Recognize when clients may need additional support or a higher level of care Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing Clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services Comfortable working with clients in a telehealth setting Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Knowledge of HIPAA and ethical standards in mental health care Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for sessions Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready to bring your clinical experience into a stable remote therapy role, we would be glad to review your application.
