Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Montana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position focused on delivering high-quality behavioral health services through telehealth. The LCSW will work directly with clients to identify needs, provide therapy, support treatment goals, and help clients navigate personal and mental health concerns. This role plays an important part in improving access to care while maintaining strong clinical standards in a virtual setting. Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations Provide evidence-based counseling through telehealth sessions Create treatment plans based on client goals and clinical findings Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates accurately Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial concerns Identify risk factors and follow safety procedures when needed Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Montana LCSW license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse populations Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience to a role where your work can reach people where they are—submit your resume and take the next step in your career with us.
