Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Montana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver virtual therapy services to clients throughout Montana. The role focuses on helping clients understand what they are facing, identify patterns that may be affecting their well-being, and develop healthier ways to cope with life’s demands. You will provide clinical guidance, create care plans, and support clients as they work toward realistic goals from a secure telehealth environment. Responsibilities Provide remote therapy to individuals through telehealth Assess client concerns, symptoms, strengths, and goals Create treatment plans based on client needs Help clients build coping skills and problem-solving strategies Document sessions, progress notes, and care updates accurately Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Active Montana LCSW license required Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience into a remote role where your work supports real progress for Montana clients.
