Licensed Clinical Social Worker Position: Full-Time Location: Pennsylvania Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a remote role focused on providing accessible mental health services through telehealth. In this position, you will meet with clients virtually, evaluate their concerns, guide treatment planning, and help them work toward realistic goals. This is a good fit for someone who values organized clinical work, consistent scheduling, and clear communication with clients. Responsibilities: Deliver therapy sessions through a secure telehealth system Perform intake assessments and ongoing clinical reviews Create treatment plans based on each client’s situation and goals Document services, progress notes, and recommendations thoroughly Track client progress and adjust care approaches when needed Provide support for emotional, behavioral, and situational concerns Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records Ability to work independently in a remote environment Solid understanding of ethical and professional practice standards 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take your experience into a remote role where your work stays focused, meaningful, and part of clients’ everyday progress.
