Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) A full-time remote opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker supporting clients throughout Colorado. This telehealth position focuses on delivering structured mental health care, including assessments, therapy sessions, case review, and clinical documentation. Position Details: Location: Colorado Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based counseling services through telehealth Assess client needs, risks, and treatment goals Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress Keep detailed and compliant session notes Provide support for clients experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Colorado LCSW license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing therapy, assessments, and treatment planning Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step toward a remote clinical role that values your experience and supports your growth.
