Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Connecticut (Remote/Telehealth) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + Full Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Summary: We are looking for a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide telehealth therapy, offering critical support to individuals navigating mental health challenges. In this role, you will work with clients to assess needs, create treatment plans, and deliver therapy remotely, helping them achieve greater emotional stability and improved mental well-being. Responsibilities: Provide telehealth therapy to clients with a variety of mental health needs. Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Work with a team of social workers, therapists, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care. Support clients through challenging situations, guiding them towards emotional well-being. LCSW certification (active and in good standing). Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field. At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with telehealth platforms preferred. 2 weeks PTO.
