Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Montana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time telehealth opportunity serving clients in need of consistent mental health support. This role centers on clinical care, including assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and follow-up. You will play an important part in helping clients address emotional and behavioral concerns while delivering care in a virtual setting. Responsibilities: Deliver scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth Evaluate clients’ mental health needs and clinical history Build and manage treatment plans that reflect client goals Keep thorough and accurate documentation for all services provided Review progress regularly and update interventions when appropriate Address crisis situations according to clinical protocol Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active LCSW license in Montana Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or telehealth setting Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual care platforms Excellent communication and time management skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step in your clinical career and bring your skills into a flexible telehealth role.
