Licensed Clinical Social Worker Location: Erie, PA Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary Join a telehealth service supporting individuals and families across Pennsylvania. You’ll have a steady caseload and a clear structure for sessions, documentation, and collaboration. Responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments and gather history by video Provide scheduled therapy sessions with a focus on practical tools Develop treatment plans with clear priorities Keep detailed and timely session notes in the EMR system Attend virtual case discussions and trainings Offer clinical insight when protocols or workflows are updated Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Master’s degree in a mental health–related discipline Experience working with anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues Confident working independently in a remote setting 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401(k) Plan with 3% Company Match Submit your resume and a few sentences about your clinical focus areas so we can assess how this Pennsylvania telehealth role may fit your skills.
