Licensed Clinical Social Worker Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Montana Position Summary As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will deliver therapy services to individuals seeking consistent, goal-oriented support. This role emphasizes steady caseloads, reliable scheduling, and clear clinical expectations. Core Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients Develop and update individualized treatment plans Document progress notes in accordance with state standards Identify risks and follow appropriate clinical protocols Participate in team check-ins and care coordination Active Montana LCSW license Master’s degree in Social Work Experience working with adult mental health populations Familiarity with telehealth platforms and workflows Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently 2 weeks PTO Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match Next Step Bring your clinical skills into a role built for consistency and balance.
