Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Illinois Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a remote telehealth role focused on providing ongoing mental health services to clients. The work includes assessment, diagnosis, therapy, treatment planning, and documentation. This position plays an important part in helping clients improve daily functioning, manage mental health concerns, and stay engaged in consistent care from the convenience of a virtual setting. Responsibilities: Deliver therapy services through scheduled telehealth appointments Perform initial assessments and gather relevant clinical history Establish treatment goals with clients and track progress over time Maintain complete and accurate clinical records Use appropriate therapeutic approaches based on client needs Recognize safety concerns and take proper clinical action when necessary Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Illinois LCSW license in good standing At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical experience into a role where your work can make a real difference each day.
