Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Florida Telehealth Role Position Details Location: Florida Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida to provide remote therapy services to clients through a secure telehealth platform. In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, complete clinical assessments, create treatment plans, provide ongoing therapy, and document care accurately. This position is a strong fit for an LCSW who wants consistent hours, a structured clinical setting, and the ability to help clients work through mental health concerns from the privacy of their own space. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform Complete biopsychosocial assessments and identify client needs, risks, and goals Develop treatment plans that are practical, measurable, and client-centered Support clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, grief, and relationship concerns Maintain timely clinical notes, progress updates, and treatment documentation Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for virtual behavioral health care Coordinate referrals or higher levels of care when clients need additional services Participate in case reviews, clinical updates, or team communication as needed Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Florida LCSW license in good standing Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and digital documentation tools Strong understanding of confidentiality, HIPAA, mandated reporting, and clinical ethics Ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote clinical team Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote role Competitive salary of $115,000-$120,000 per year If you are a Florida-licensed LCSW looking for a remote clinical role with structure, steady support, and meaningful client work, we welcome your application today.
